A. Yes. They may attain the Visa Waiver online through our Website, print it out and take it with them along with their passport. But the Visa Waiver is NOT required to purchase a flight ticket to travel.

A. A flight ticket should be purchased at least 6 months in advance. However, a minimum of at least 28 days in advance from the flight departure date should a flight ticket be purchased to find availability with the possibility of a good fare price.

A. LAN Airlines changed their baggage policy in July 2019 where their fares MAY NOT include the bags in their flights OR the fares may include 1 Bag only. (There are also available fares that include 2 bags and this information may be provided to clients upon request).

A. A travel agent should be used when you are traveling for the first time to any new destination, multiple cities, seeking tailor-made vacation packages as well as confirming the validity of any vacation purchase. You should always use a travel agent instead of online booking because an agent / agency is most accessible to any passenger, should they need assistance with any travel related issues, before, during and after their trip.

Si. Pueden obtener la visa a través de nuestro sitio web, imprimirla y llevarla con el pasaporte. Pero NO se requiere la visa para comprar un boleto de avión para viajar.

Se debe comprar un boleto de avión con al menos 6 meses de anticipación. Sin embargo, un mínimo de al menos 28 días de anticipación a partir de la fecha de salida del vuelo para encontrar disponibilidad con una buena tarifa.

LAN cambió su poliza de equipaje Julio de 2019, donde sus tarifas no siempre incluyen las maletas en sus vuelos O las tarifas pueden incluir solo 1 maleta. (También hay tarifas disponibles que incluyen 2 maletas y esa información se puede proporcionar a los clientes que lo soliciten).
